Address Change

So often, you move and think you have told everyone, but you forget your EMS certification. Or, you've had a name change, or your name is misspelled on your certification material.

Practitioners now, on their own, may enter the EMSR and change name, address, and phone number on their profile. Enter EMSR off the EMMCO West home page under EPORTAL located on the lower portion, center.

If you, the practitioner, are moving from another region; that region that you are coming from has to initial the address change. If you have any questions or do not have internet access please call the region which you are coming from.
