Symposium 2010: Northwest PA EMS Educational Conference

This year's Symposium will be held from April 8-11, 2010 at the Ambassador Conference Center. It is located on Peach Street at the Interstate 90 interchange. This year's schedule is packed full of classes that will entertain and educate. EMMCO West has lined up some amazing speakers with dynamic topics. This year will also feature the first town hall meeting in this region to discuss the rules and regulations in regards to Act 37, the Act that was signed by Governor Ed Rendell August 18,2009. This will allow the practitioners in the EMMCO West Region the opportunity to identify concerns and offer recommendations for the draft regulations. This session is open to anyone in the region, even if not attending the Symposium.

The Symposium would not be complete without the Stat MedEvac/Lifestar Party-Boogie Nights Party on Saturday night. Dust off those leisure suits and disco clothing and come boogie the night away. There will be awards for best dressed disco dudes, hair style, leisure suit and more.
