Notices in the PA Bulletin are issues or lists referenced  in the Regulations such as the EMS scope of practice list may change from year to year.  

The Pennsylvania Emergency Health Services Council (PEHSC) has done an excellent job of compiling a list of laws, regulations and proposed legislation relative to EMS.   Check out the PEHSC site and consider getting involved.
