Bids Being Accepted - Airtraq Video Laryngoscopes

EMMCO West, Inc. is soliciting sealed bids for the purchase of forty-three (43) complete AirTraq Plus Video Laryngoscope Systems. Each system shall include one (1) AirTraq Plus Video Laryngoscope and one (1) charging dock. No additional accessories, consumables, warranties, maintenance plans, or optional equipment should be included unless separately identified by the bidder.

Bids shall provide a total all-inclusive cost, including shipping, handling, freight, and any other applicable charges necessary to deliver the equipment. Vendors shall provide a manufacturer-authorized quote and indicate whether the proposed equipment is currently in stock or subject to lead times. If lead times apply, vendors shall provide an estimated delivery schedule. Vendors are also requested to identify any applicable warranties included with the equipment.

EMMCO West, Inc. is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization and is exempt from Pennsylvania State Sales Tax. Pennsylvania sales tax shall not be included in the submitted bid. A tax-exemption certificate will be provided to the successful bidder upon request.

Sealed bids will be accepted via email at dparker@wremspa.org until 5:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Friday, June 12, 2026. Bids received after the stated deadline may not be considered. Vendors shall confirm that pricing will remain valid through at least June 30, 2026, as EMMCO West anticipates placing the order during the third week of June.

Questions regarding this solicitation are welcome and may be submitted via email prior to the bid deadline. Payment will be made by organizational check following receipt of invoice and in accordance with the vendor's standard payment terms.
EMMCO West reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive minor informalities or irregularities, request clarification of submitted proposals, and award the purchase to the lowest responsible bidder or to the bidder whose proposal is determined to be in the best interest of the organization. EMMCO West further reserves the right to negotiate final terms and quantities with the successful bidder if deemed necessary.

Submission of a bid constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of the terms contained within this solicitation. By submitting a proposal, the bidder certifies that it is authorized to sell the equipment specified herein and that all pricing provided is accurate and complete.
